Hi Hal.
You met my son Ryan and I at Beatlefest when we bought your books. He was
showing you his ribbon for the art contest for which he came in 3rd. You had
asked him to make a drawing of your book that you can post on your page. He
was very excited to do that. I am attaching that here. I have to tell you he
loves "Meet the Brittles" so much. We have read that book every day since he
got it. It's wonderful.

Dear Hal,

This morning when I dropped my son off at school, I was looking at the artwork on the walls. The kids all had to draw themselves and write information about their favorite color, food, and BOOK. . . One of the posters had their favorite books listed as The Monster Books with a picture of a monster holding a bat. It was great!

I hope this letter finds you well. I have enclosed pictures of my nieces which I took when I gave them your gifts. Both loved the book and the bracelet. There is also a personal note for you from Julia.

Michelle (the 4 year old) has her mother reading the book to her every night at bedtime. Julia (the 8 year old) took over her father's Beatles' music and listens to the music while she is reading the book herself.

I have to tell you that both my brothers and their wives were just as intrigued and interested in the book as the kids were.
